I was a skinny kid and I wanted to build muscle...

In high school, I was often mistaken for being a girl.

I went to work studying courses on nutrition and training to learn how to build muscle, while keeping fat off.

...and did my first (and last) bodybuilding show in 2011.

I hated it. The lifestyle, the food, everything.

But I got fat, and needed to lose my belly...

Bodybuilding wasn't for me. But in pursuit of a lifestyle I wanted, marriage & kids. I let myself go.
